ラストゲームでこの日チーム最年少の選手が豪快に蹴り込んだ人生初めてのゴール。最高の瞬間でした♪
たった一つのゴールがチームをまとめる。サッカーの力をまた見せつけられました。
そして素直な子ども達の姿、悔しい想い、勝利への執念。
最後はみんな笑顔で肩を組んで記念撮影📷
少年サッカーは勝つことが全てではないけれど、勝つことで生まれる絆がある。子ども達の「勝ちたい」という思いと、「チーム全体で成長していく」という信念を指導者を続ける限り突き詰めていきたい。

Kids want to win the game, not just them, everyone does. I admit that winning a game can create a team bond like our team.
At the same time, coaches shouldn't take it too far and focus too much on rising above everyone else. Over concentration on winning can ruin the fun for everyone else.
Playing to win is great, winning at all costs is not.
As long as I'm learning as a football coach, I will never be afraid of finding balance between winning and development.
